Specifications include, but are not limited to: The non-potable water tank system must be a 13-foot, minimum 3,000-gallon water tank of welded construction. Approximate dimensions are 13-feet long by 5-feet high by 94-inches wide. Additional required features are: A. Front and rear heads dished at 4-inches of use for dust control. B. 3/16-inch heads and baffles. Baffles will have approximately 22-inch crawl holes. C. Minimum 1/4-inch steel subframe with crossmembers and bolsters. D. Rubber padded perma slats welded to tank subframes. E. Two (2) lifting eyes on top of the tank, one each centered front and rear. F. Rear ladder with anti-skid coating on the ladder rungs. G. Permanently installed ANSI Z359.1+ rated personal fall arrest anchor located on top of rear tank. Exact location to be determined during design phase and consistent with methods to ensure worker protection from exposure to a fall from height. Final review by City Safety required prior to build. H. 2.5-inch hydrant fill to top of manway with components, 24-inch by 24-inch manhole with hinged lid. I. Air gap fill system on top of tank to meet City of Everett requirements identified in Appendix A. J. Sacrificial anodes installed in tank body that are easy to replace if required. K. Interior epoxy coating to prevent corrosion inside the tank. L. Painted International Winter White to match chassis.
