Assist with Grantee Selection: • Use OSPI-provided list of districts that fit grantee criteria, including a ninth grade on track rate that is below the state average, • Engage potential grantees with meetings to answer questions and introduce them to the grant services. • Provide communications around the grant timelines and launch. • Introduce new grantees to coaching staff ii. Provide onboarding sessions for grantees • From contract start date in 2024 to December 1, 2024, the Contractor will onboard teams using the Center for High School Success Roadmap as an essential reference point. • Planning logistics like catering and location for each region of the project. • Leading communications to teams, evaluators, and OSPI • Invite regional teams, evaluators, and OSPI to participate.
