Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Port of Seattle Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Department operates a data networking and voice infrastructure distributed across a primary, secondary datacenters, and 18 remote sites. This infrastructure is comprised of multiple technology products and services including but not limited to routing and switching, wireless access, network perimeter security services, remote access, telecom systems, ISP/PSTN/SIP interfaces etc. This is a complex environment, with technology that is rapidly changing. In addition, security and other regulatory requirements evolve over time. As this changes and evolves, ICT requires assistance in evaluating, re-architecting, and upgrading or replacing networking related hardware and software. The Consultant shall provide all necessary labor and related services for Network design and implementation of work described in service directive(s) issued by the Port.
