Task 1. Project Management: Coordinate with SDOT staff across all project tasks and deliverables across various neighborhood business districts Develop detailed scopes of work, schedules, and budgets tailored to the needs of each neighborhood business district Implement a management approach that ensures integration between data collection (Task 2) and community outreach (Task 3) and plan development (Task 4) Establish a communication framework that supports iterative collaboration between technical and outreach teams and facilitates timely sharing of insights across both disciplines Task 2. Parking and Loading Data Collection Define on and off-street parking study areas and methodology in collaboration with SDOT Develop staffing and cost plan for all study areas. Inventory on-street (and some off-street) parking spaces Create and implement data collection scope for each neighborhood business district including Maps of blockfaces to be surveyed Types of data to be collected (parking demand, duration, compliance) Time-of-day, day-of-week, and seasonality considerations Focused studies for specific curb uses (load zones, informal loading behavior) Staffing plan and cost estimates Collect and analyze parking data and identify key trends and summarize findings in visual reports Task 3: Communications and Public Engagement
