Specifications include, but are not limited to: he Washington Military Department (Military Department) Environmental Office, pursuant to RCW Chapter 43.19, serves to safeguard the environment through education and training programs and environmental enhancement projects on state-owned land specifically National Guard and Military Department land. A project requires a water system vulnerability assessment (WSVA) and emergency response plan (ERP), in accordance with WAC 246-290-415 (2) (b) to be completed at the Montesano Armory site in accordance with the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) GOAL. The objective is to conduct a water system vulnerability assessment at the Montesano Armory in order to evaluate susceptibility to potential threats and identify corrective actions that can reduce or mitigate the risk of serious consequences from adversarial actions (e.g., vandalism, insider sabotage, terrorist attack, earthquake, flood, etc.).
