Contractor will prepare a geologic report that identifies any possible rule identified landforms (RIL) in accordance with the Washington State Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Forest Practice Eastside rules. This report will be used as supplemental material to develop an FPA for a proposed Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) thinning project. The Mission Ridge Thinning Project will include commercial thinning and new construction/re-construction of logging roads. The project is located of Section 25 (WDFW) and the East ½ of the East ½ of Section 26 (USFS), Township 21 North, Range 19 East WM. The project includes approximately 83 acres of timber harvest, existing road re-construction and approximately 1,986’ of new road construction. The contractor shall produce a geologic map of identified Rule Identified Landform (RIL) boundaries (if any), a report describing methods used to determine RIL boundaries and shapefilesthat will be used to identify and traverse RIL boundariesin the field.
