1. Equipment: Provide and install, CT-Scanner, new generator with ATS, 2 new body coolers and one freezer, provide temporary systems for freezer and coolers, and generators. 2. Civil work to include Demolition of existing parking island concrete curbs and landscaping. Place new asphalt where islands and landscaping have been removed. 3. Architectural work to include Demolition of interior walls, ceiling, floors per plans. New walls, ceilings, floors to be reinstalled in new location as per plans. Temporary corridor and ramp to be built from existing building to temporary refrigeration trailers both to be removed when the interior work is complete.. 4. Structural work to include Removal of existing concrete floor. Installation of new concrete flooring as per plans installation of steel stud walls, rooftop unit support steel, mechanical pads, generator pad . 5. Mechanical work to include Modifications to existing HVAC and plumbing systems to accommodate reconfiguration of work areas and offices. 6. Electrical work to include Modifications to existing electrical and telecommunications systems to accommodate the reconfiguration of work spaces and offices.
