Specifications include, but are not limited to: Meet with members of the College staff and collect information on what the College sees as necessary to update the Master Plan. Obtain information and date from the college to update the master plan. The College will provide any and all information at its disposal to facilitate the collection of information by the design firm. The update will include incorporating projects completed since the last master plan and buildings that have been demolished, in addition anticipated new development. Deliverables to include three hard copies of Master Plan Update in the same format as the existing Master Plan. Two copies in electronic format (PDF) on USB drives All work must comply with College, State, and Federal guidelines.
