Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Information and Education Services. Contractor must develop and implement an Information and Education Plan that is designed to educate the public, both domestically and internationally. The Information and Education Plan must include, but is not limited to: i. Programs and materials for maintaining, expanding, and improving pulse crop markets; ii. Programs and materials for enhancing or developing pulse crops production techniques and processes; iii. Grower and public education programs. The Contractor must submit the Information and Education Plan at the first WAPCC meeting following the effective date of the Contract resulting from this RFP (and annually thereafter) for WAPCC review and approval. B. Marketing Services. Contractor must develop and implement a marketing program for pulse crops. The marketing program must include, but is not limited to: i. Domestic and international campaigns designed to increase the consumption of pulse crops. ii. Participation in joint national campaigns with public entities.
