• Design and apply collaborative approaches, including facilitation, mediation, and strategic consultation to help MRAC members engage in problem solving and strategic planning. • Convene, facilitate, and document meetings. • Engage a wide base of participants from multiple disciplines and backgrounds in tracking implementation of recommended actions. • Work regularly with elected or executive-level work group participants in situations that necessitate neutrality and discretion. • Develop or collaborate with the MRAC members on the development of strategic plans and Washington State legislative budget proposals. • Structure and manage effective and efficient program processes for developing and implementing multi-year work plans for MRAC members to follow. • Develop outreach materials to increase public awareness about the consequences of ocean acidification.
