The City of Duvall is seeking interest and qualifications from experienced architectural and engineering firms for the design of the City’s new Public Works Maintenance and Operations Center (MOC). The future facility will be located on a recently acquired five-acre parcel adjacent to Big Rock Ball Park and will be planned to meet current and future operational needs. The new MOC is anticipated to include: Offices Employee locker rooms with showers and break areas Vehicle and equipment storage Staff and visitor parking Site improvements including stormwater management, and utility infrastructure Maintenance bays and material storage areas, including a potential on-site decant facility Loading zones Fuel station Emergency generator A potential PSE battery storage area (approx. 115’ x 75’)
