Specifications include, but are not limited to: Maintenance Service & Parts, Food Service Equipment. Furnish Food Service Equipment maintenance service & parts as requested by King County Department of Adult & Juvenile Detention personnel. The Bidder shall provide on-call maintenance services as requested by an authorized DAJDrepresentative. Service request may be provided by phone, fax, or e-mail. Service shall be available tothe County 365 days per year, 24 hours per day. All rates shall be inclusive of travel time. King Countywill not accept any additional charges outside those stated within the solicitation.A.Response TimeAll response times stated within the solicitation shall be measured from the County's initial call forservice.1.Routine ServiceRepairs shall be made available to the County between 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST, Mondaythrough Friday, excluding County observed holidays. on-site Response time for all Routineservice work shall be within four (4) hours after the Contractor receives a request from aDAJD authorized representative.2.After Hours, Weekend & Holiday ServiceFor After Hours (4:31 PM to 7:59 AM PST), Weekend, (Saturday and Sunday) and Countyobserved holidays on-site Response Time shall be four (4) hours after the Contractorreceives a request for service.A.
