The City of Prosser solicits interest from consulting firms for Municipal Engineering and Land Surveying Services. The City of Prosser, pursuant to Chapter 39.80, Revised Code of Washington, may elect to enter into a multi-year general service agreement with a qualified A&E firm to perform a variety of work including, but not limited to, civil and municipal engineering services and engineering administration project management services for water, sewer, irrigation, storm drainage, street projects, comprehensive plans, municipal planning, traffic studies, capital facility plans, technical reports, cost estimates, environmental reviews, plans, specifications, services during construction, funding applications and administration, traffic and parking engineering and analysis, structural engineering, water and wastewater planning and engineering including storm water management. Regardless of the contract term and status, the city will continue to annually publish the request for statements of qualifications to maintain the active roster. Professional municipal services may include those funded by USDA, Ecology, WSDOT, Commerce, PWB, TIB; FHWA STBG, TAP, CRP, CMAQ, HSIP, NHFP; SRTS and Ped/Bike, City Safety; CDBG, PWTF, DWSRF, and CERB; and other State or Federal funds.
