This is a non-personal services contract to provide janitorial services in 3 separate buildings located on the Mount Saint Helens National Volcanic Monument District (MSHNVM) of the Gifford Pinchot National Forest (GPNF). The Contractor shall provide all transportation, labor, equipment, supervision, materials, and supplies except those listed as Government Furnished Property, for the performance of this contract. As such the Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the Contractor’s employees. This shall be a firm fixed price contract.
This contract is set aside for Small Business.
No Pre-Bid Meeting will be held. Project Quoters are advised to visit the project site prior to bidding to be familiar with the projects road system and the access to each site.
