Specifications include, but are not limited to: ● Provide services and philosophies to impact EWU’s brand and recognition. ● Manage both apparel and non-apparel opportunities for EWU. ● Seek, execute and manage Licensee partnership programs that will position EWU for continued growth. ● Build and grow retail partnerships in support of Licensed Product sales. ● Maximize and leverage hot market and championship licensing program opportunities on behalf of EWU. ● Development of suite of Mascot graphics for sports, clubs and academic program themes. Performance Metrics ● Propose performance metrics that establish revenue sharing allocations based upon the following factors: Number of Licensees Growth and retention Number of Retailers Growth and retention of each: Brick-and-mortar, with locations in the Spokane, Tri-Cities and broader eastern Washington markets Online, including vendor storefronts and online resellers and e-commerce sites Regional Engagement Visits to local retailers, licensees and prospects for business development Royalty Revenue Generated ● Initial Performance Metrics: # of Licensees Min.: 100 Baseline: 150 (EWU’s current #) Targets: 90% annual retention rate; 5% annual growth # of Brick-and-Mortar Retailers (By store brand, not individual locations; excludes Eagle Store) Min.: 10 EWU currently has Costco, Dick’s, Walmart, Safeway, Yoke’s, NQRC, The General Store, and a few others here and there. Baseline: 15 Targets: 90% annual retention rate; 1-2 added annually Preferred/ideal locations/markets: Spokane Metropolitan Area, Tri-Cities, Coeur d’Alene # of Online Retailers (Excludes Eagle Store)
