Work collaboratively with the other framework lead contractors (including University of Washington [for the Center for Educational Leadership’s 5D+ Teacher Evaluation Rubric 3.0 Instructional Framework], Marzano Research Laboratory [for Robert Marzano’s The Marzano Teacher Evaluation Model Instructional Framework], and the Danielson Group [for the Danielson Framework for Teaching]) to provide common guidance regarding implementation of the revised educator evaluation system. All framework lead contractors shall work together to ensure consistency in state level implementation and design and work to maintain the integrity of the frameworks within the state system while ensuring a consistent statewide system that adheres to the legislation and WACs
