Specifications include, but are not limited to: Maintenance of all turf and landscaped areas and buffers along street & property boundaries. Maintenance of Tree beds, planters and shrub beds. Care and maintenance of ground cover and flower beds Weed control throughout the property - in a manner consistent with the college Integrated Pest Management (IPM) procedures. Annual inspection and cutting back of greenbelt interior perimeter and exterior fence lines. Full winter services including comprehensive snow plowing and de-icing service of campus entries, parking lots and roadways. Tree removal and arborist services upon request.
