Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will provide landscape maintenance services for various Pierce County locations. The work may include, but is not limited to, the following services: • General Landscape Clean-up.; • Mowing and Trimming.; • Weed Control.; • Edging.; • Pruning.; • Shrub and Hedge Management.; • Leaf Removal.; • Disease and Insect Control.; • Fertilization.; • Landscape Tree Management.; • Irrigation Management including startup, seasonal monitoring, and winterization.; • Riparian Planting – Native Species Installation and Maintenance including bare root containerized and live stake material, mulch placement, and working on steep slopes near fast-flowing water; • Exclusionary Fence Installation.; • Manual and Chemical Invasive Species Suppression and Removal including manually digging, use of brush cutters, chainsaws, and herbicides.; • Wildlife Fire Mitigation by thinning and fuels reduction.
