The City of Walla Walla (City) Engineering Division is requesting qualifications for on-call environmental consulting and operation and maintenance services for the City-owned Sudbury Road Landfill (active and closed disposal areas; municipal solid waste), Tausick Way Landfill (closed; municipal solid waste), and Isaacs Inert Waste Landfill (closed; municipal and inert waste), and other sites as needed. The on-call services may include, but are not limited to, environmental consulting, compliance monitoring and data review, report preparation, meetings and presentations with the City and regulatory agencies, the design and preparation of contract documents and permits, groundwater monitoring, planning document development and implementation, remedial investigations, feasibility studies, cleanup actions, and operation and maintenance of the landfill gas collection, flare, and leachate collection systems; as requested by the City.
