The proposed work includes (including all other necessary and appurtenant work) the following: all labor, materials, tools, and services necessary to provide functionally complete systems, including all control panels and programming associated with PLC/HMI/SCADA, for the following processes: 1) Digester Unit Process Replacement, 2) Solids Holding Tank Cover and Mixer Improvements, 3) Dewatering Sludge Feed Pumps 1 and 2 Replacement, 4) Digester Gass (DG) Piping and Waste Gas Burner Improvements, 5) Biosolids Dewatering Equuipment and Ancillary System Improvements, 6) Digester Unit Electrical Room and HVAC Improvements, 7) Biosolids Dewatering HVAC Improvements, 8) Temporary Solids Storage and Dewatering, 9) Solids Thickening Modifications, and 10) Architectural, Structural, Electrical, HVAC and Fire Protection System Modifications, as detailed in the Specifications.
