Specifications include, but are not limited to: All materials, equipment and labor to provide Lakewood Community Center (9112 Lakewood Drive SW Lakewood, WA 98499) with an additional layer of roofing on selected sections to prevent weather-related fluids (rain, snow, sleet etc.) from entering the building structure. The scope of work will include: 1. Examine documented roof leaks and explore existing roof for any additional roof-leak areas. 2. Determine if moving or adding H.V.A.C. or other roof-mounted components will affect new roof repair. 3. Use specific roof repair products listed below in the manner per the manufacturer’s specifications. 4. Coordinate with Pierce County Park staff to schedule access. 5. All work completed will require L&I Prevailing Wage being paid.
