The Work shall consist of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and other work or items incidental thereto for: The improvements will include the demolition of the existing golf clubhouse, and the construction of a new 2-story clubhouse in the same location. The work includes the following: · Site work, including erosion control; soil cut and fill; revisions and expansion of the existing parking lot and driveway; new utility connections; and new landscaping and grading. · Demolition and removal of the existing 2-story structure · Construction of a new, 2-story building, including all new foundations, structure, mechanical/electrical/plumbing/fire protection systems. · Other work necessary to complete the Work as specified and shown in the Contract Documents
