The purpose of this RFQ is to purchase a preventative laboratory instrument maintenance service agreement for the Department of Ecology, Environmental Assessment Program (EAP), Manchester Environmental Laboratory. The laboratory instruments are vital for Manchester Environmental Laboratory (MEL) to conduct analysis for the state of Washington. These instruments are four (4) Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS) instruments. The continued optimal performance of these laboratory instruments is essential for maintaining MEL’s efficiency and productivity. Provide a Service and Preventative Maintenance Plan for the Agilent GC/MS instruments at Washington State Department of Ecology Manchester Environtmental Laboratory. The vendor must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the troubleshooting and repairing of Agilent GC/MS instruments. Provide unlimited telephone technical support during Ecology’s normal business hours which are generally from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding state holidays.
