Specifications include, but are not limited to: add vestibule inside main entry, including relocating doors to library and display case in existing door opening. Add chain link fencing at exterior of food service cooler. Provide new heat pump fan coil and roof mounted condensing unit for cooling and heating of new enclosed vestibule. Relocate power and communications devices to accommodate the relocation of entry to the Media Center. Provide electrical connections to new heat pump fan coil and rooftop condensing unit and new rooftop receptacle for condensing unit service. Provide new pendant lights in the new vestibule and new exit lights in Commons and Media Center. Provide electrical connections to ADA door operators at the interior and exterior vestibule doors. Provide rough-in and complete pathway system for new access control components (i.e. card readers, door position switches, and electronic door hardware) and new video surveillance cameras.
