• Provide equipment maintenance repair services on all equipment items as listed herein. o Note: equipment list may not be inclusive of all equipment to be serviced. • Provide all necessary labor, materials, supplies, including supervision that will allow for the successful bidder to repair equipment consistent with manufactures service recommendations. This includes repairing any failure of any magnitude, using original equipment manufacturer (OEM) procedures and guidelines, and with OEM parts and materials. • Parts and materials other than OEM require prior approval from owner. • Technician must respond within 2 hours of notification from the Facilities Maintenance and be on site within 4 hours of call from Facilities Maintenance for dishwasher issues, and within 24 hours for any other equipment failure. Contractor must be available for service calls on holidays and weekends. • Provide all necessary labor and materials to perform preventive maintenance as recommended by manufacturer and approved by Facilities Maintenance staff. • The contractor shall work with the Facilities Maintenance to recommend parts and supplies to be kept on hand to minimize equipment downtime and lessen return trips due to parts unavailability. • The contractor shall maintain written records of all maintenance and repairs and shall provide copies to Facilities Maintenance at the completion of all work performed. • A detailed description of all work performed shall accompany all invoices at the time they are submitted. • Contractor shall provide written recommendations for equipment repairs or replacement noted while performing repairs or maintenance. All quotes for repair or replacement shall be at no cost to the Facilities Maintenance and must be approved before any work can be performed, or material ordered. • All areas of work shall be left in clean condition and all debris shall be removed daily and upon completion of service. • Salvage equipment, when requested, shall be returned to Facilities Maintenance. • If a job can’t be completed by the end of the business day, the contractor may be allowed to complete the work the next day, or on overtime, if approved by the Counties representative. • Any shutdown of utilities or services must be approved by the Facilities Maintenance in advance. • Service personnel must check in and out with Facilities Maintenance staff upon arriving to job site, and prior to leaving. Facilities Maintenance Staff must authorize all repairs.
