County Administrator or their designee, qualified firm(s) shall be responsible for, but not limited to the following Project and Construction Management Services: a On-site Management -prepare and develop an on-site record keeping system, including, at a minimum, daily logs, progress schedules, manpower breakdowns (daily by trade), prevailing wage compliance, wage rate interviews, financial reports, and shop drawing logs, construction and environmental permit compliance, soil and stormwater handling management compliance, in accordance with Federal, State and City grant funded projects among other onsite management tasks. As necessary, regularly hold meetings to discuss procedures, progress, problems, scheduling and open items. Review the adequacy of the contractor's supervision, personnel and equipment and the availability of necessary materials and supplies.
