(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with
the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this
notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested
and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect
through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07.
(iv) This procurement is set aside for 100% Small Business. The NAICS code is 561720
Janitorial Services, and the Small Business Size Standard is $19.50 million.
Except as noted under Government-furnished Property, the Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, labor, supplies, incidentals, permits and license necessary to ensure custodial services are performed at the Entiat Ranger District Offices in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance.
Services are to be performed for the following facilities:
Entiat Ranger Station, 2108 Entiat Way, Entiat, WA 98822
Services shall be performed two times a week between the hours of 6:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M, so as not to interfere with regular Government business hours;
- One cleaning over the weekend or early Monday morning;
- A second cleaning on Tuesday or Wednesday
