Specifications include, but are not limited to: i. ISP shall provide no less than 1Gbps of business class internet connectivity. ii. ISP service will be provided to the COUNTY's Fairground Office at, 32 Elma McCleary Road, Elma, WA 98541. 111. ISP shall provide at least on static IP address. IV. ISP shall provide proof of two redundant upstream providers. v. ISP shall provide bandwidth 24 hours per day, 356 days per year. v1. ISP shall have network engineering support 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. vii. ISP shall maintain network monitoring capability and notify COUNTY at the point of any disruption of service, at no time shall it take longer than thirty (30) minutes to send notification from the time the outage occurs. viii. ISP shall be responsible for the install all services and equipment included in the proposal. x. ISP shall guarantee quality of service - minimum uptime 99.999% per month with minimum of four (4) hours response and resolution to problems, with documented discounts given for outages that exceed four (4) hours. COUNTY will allow for brief pre-arranged outages during off-hours for maintenance between the hours of 10:00 pm and 5:00 am. xi. Network/Transit delay shall not exceed an average of 80milliseconds over a 5- minute period where the circumstances are under the ISP's control. xii. Packet loss shall not exceed an average of .1% over a 5-minute period where the circumstances are under the ISP's control.
