The objective of this Solicitation is to contract with a nationwide firm (“Contractor”) that has extensively experienced professionals ready to immediately step into the position of Interim Chair. This is a two-year, full-time appointment to provide strategic and operational leadership to two fully online degree programs during a transitional period. The Interim Chair will oversee programs’ accreditation, academic programming, manage faculty and staff, support student success, and ensure effective fiscal and operational management. The position requires a collaborative leader who can engage with multiple stakeholders - including faculty, staff, students, community partners, and university administration - while fostering a culture of academic excellence, inclusivity, and accountability.
