Through this Contract, Facilities Management Division (FMD), a Division of King County Department of Executive Services (DES) will partner with the selected vendor to implement the King County Facilities Management Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) tool to meet the needs of King County. The Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) project will address individual business services needs centered on capabilities essential to support Space Allocation services. The business seeks to implement a modernized, innovative Software as a Service (SaaS) solution designed for Space Allocations. Contractor shall deliver a standard, customizable, secure, data management system solution that supports: Allocating space for King County (KC) Agencies Displaying current floor assignments and usage Refining allocation and space change processes Supporting the option to have biennial agency commitments for space with other County agencies Maintain historical allocations Extract data for budget process and reporting needs Space allocation improvements including: Ability to share data Automation of visuals of space allocation to County occupants
