Task 1: Design Team – Recruit two (2) to four (4) new members to the design team with sphere of influence in OSPI web development and general district TA areas. Facilitate design team strategic planning meeting with OSPI to develop five- (5-) year implementation plan, and conduct ongoing virtual one-on-one and team meetings with OSPI focused on coordinating, facilitating, and problem-solving on IPTN related tasks and activities with progress detailed in quarterly progress reports. The design team meets weekly for one (1) hour and subsets of the team meet regularly to plan for one on ones and the IPTN member and Advisory meetings. Task 2: IPTN Member Meetings – Create an IPTN Member Meeting Schedule, carry out monthly IPTN meetings (November 2025, through June 2026) and offer TA to IPTN members, co-facilitate communities of practice (CoPs), and support one-on-one meetings with IPTN members—all focused-on coordinating efforts to equip and empower IPTN members to support WA districts apply inclusive practices to have a positive impact on the IPTN aim student populations with progress detailed in quarterly progress reports. There are approximately sixteen (16) member organizations and one on one meetings happen three (3) times per year, and IPTN Member meetings with the comprehensive network occur approximately nine (9) times per year. Task 3: IPTN Advisory – Create an IPTN Advisory Meeting Schedule, coordinate, and support the IPTN advisory, a board of engaged stakeholders having unique knowledge, experiences, and expertise in the focus of the network aim, to guide the focus of the network toward the actual needs of students in the WA community, especially Black students with disabilities and students with intellectual and developmental disabilities with progress detailed in quarterly progress reports. The IPTN design team meets with the advisory approximately three (3) times per year, but also seeks out their advisory on multiple occasions throughout the course of the year.
