Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following areas are identified as the primary responsibilities for the Contractor:1. Work closely with Emergency Management Division (EMD) and the Seismic SafetyCommittee to deliver earthquake specific materials and information to the schoolsthroughout the state of Washington.2. Attend Seismic Safety Committee meetings and deliver information to school districtsand Educational Service Districts (ESD).3. Conduct trainings regionally across the state using the earthquake maps developed bythe State Seismic Safety Committee.4. Assist Washington State schools with delivery of materials for ShakeOut 2014, and thestatewide earthquake drill in that will take place in October 2014.5. Make posters and other identified resources available to schools to ensure participationin ShakeOut 2014.6. Communicate with schools across the state through coordination with the ESDs,Association of Washington State Principals (AWSP), and other professionalorganizations to give an overview of ShakeOut 2014, and the statewide earthquake drill.7. Target Tribal schools throughout the state with training and materials addressingearthquake and tsunami drills and procedures.8. Attend the AWSP conference in Spokane on June 29-July 1, 2014, representingShakeOut 2014, and interface with the Washington schools that are present to addressthis scope of work
