Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide WAHBE with qualified full-time candidates for positions identified by WAHBE in writing (email acceptable) and for which WAHBE specifically requests that Vendor provide. WAHBE has five (5) immediate needs for the following positions: • Identity & Access Management Lead o The Identity & Access Management lead is responsible for managing ongoing development and configuration of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution for WAHBE using ForgeRock technology. This position is responsible for designing, managing, and monitoring of IAM; ensures appropriate security controls are implemented; assist risk management team in IT audits; and assist incident response team to investigate IT security incidents and breaches. This position is also responsible for assessing new IAM requirements, providing impact reports and status updates to leadership. • Cloud & Infrastructure Security Lead o The Cloud & Infrastructure Security Lead position is responsible for supporting the technical security architecture as part of WAHBE’s Information Security program. The Cloud & Infrastructure Security Lead position will encompass responsibilities in the following areas: business continuity and disaster recovery, incident response, access control administration, file integrity monitoring, systems information and event (SIEM) monitoring, privileged access management, patch and vulnerability management, intrusion prevention/intrusion detection, threat management, Azure cloud security, support audit activities to comply with WAHBE’s security requirements. The position assists in establishing and maintaining network related standards, architectural designs and planning efforts, effective working relationships, with staff at all levels in the Exchange, state agencies, vendors, agents, and others as needed.
