The PORT’s Marine Maintenance Division requires ISO 55001 certification for its Asset Management System (AMS) covered assets. The Consultant will provide the necessary services to meet requirements for ISO 55001 certification. These include but are not limited to: 1. Meetings with leadership to focus on ensuring top-down adaptation to the AMS. 2. Required or suggested training for asset management personnel, to build self-reliance within the Port. 3. Development and implementation of Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP). 4. Implementation of Tactical Asset Management Plans (TAMP) for current and future asset management systems. 5. Recording interviews with identified personnel and stakeholders. 6. Preparation and examination on current policies, procedures, and systems. 7. Administering internal audits and gap analysis and facilitating necessary external audits. 8. Port obtaining ISO 55001 certification on the specified AMS.
