Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Winnebago County Highway Department is seeking prices for the installation of a truck package on two 2007 Sterling Cab Chassis with Model SL 545 Swap-Loader Hook Lift already installed on the truck. It is the Highway Department’s intent to add a tilt snowplow, upgrade existing PTO driven central hydraulic system to include a secondary pump, electrical and warning lights, dump body, and v-box spreader. The Highway Department has two trucks that need this worked completed. Due to budget constraints, one truck will be completed immediately upon award . The second truck will not have the installation completed until October 1, 2010. Bidders will be asked on the bid form if this schedule will change any prices being bid and if so to so note.
