Specifications include, but are not limited to: Full EAP services for the benefits eligible I-TECH country office staff and their family members including at a minimum: • Assessment and referral, short term counseling, aftercare and follow up for a range of problems including substance abuse, mental health, marital, family, and work issues. • Minimum of three (3) visits per person, per incident, for assessment and referral. • Consultation to support management and employees and guide supervisors dealing with employee issues. • Supervisor and employee orientation to EAP services. • Basic supervisor training • Crisis intervention, problem assessment and critical incident stress debriefing in the workplace with on-site follow up as needed. • Dedicated on-site hours for educational services; EAP orientations, topical trainings, worksite interventions, manager trainings and other activities • Management reports including quarterly, year-to-date and annualized utilization, and client satisfaction reports.
