At a minimum the successful bidder must have the capacity to provide services to the Pierce County as listed below: • Ability to complete all electrical work involved in general service and maintenance of residential electric heat pumps, furnaces, and HVAC system components. • Ability to complete all electrical work involved in the installation and replacement of residential electric heat pumps, furnaces, and HVAC system components. • Ability to test and diagnose existing electric heat pump and HVAC components. • Ability to test and diagnose existing electric furnace and HVAC components. • Ability to clean and tune existing and new electric furnaces and provide a report. • Ability to supply and install replacement 15-20 KW electric furnaces. • Ability to supply and install replacement residential heat pumps of varying BTU capacity. • Ability to supply and install replacement components for electrical furnaces and heat pumps. • Ability to supply and install or repair existing ducting and install mastic on connections points. • Ability to integrate new duct work with existing residential systems and transitioning existing system to new HVAC appliances.
