BIDDING DOCUMENTS: Bidding documents for the work are those prepared by the Architect, LSW Architects, 610 Esther Street, Suite 200, Vancouver, WA 98660. Beginning Thursday, October 16th, 2014 the Bidding Documents will be issued by J-2 Blue Print Company, 8100NE St. Johns Blvd. Suite B101, Vancouver, Washington 98665, 360-696-1861, to prime Bidders/general contractors, upon deposit of $100 per set (maximum of two sets). Subcontractors may obtain maximum of one set. Deposits will be refunded only upon return of complete sets in good condition within ten (10) calendar days of bid opening. Additional sets or sheets may be purchased directly from printer. PREVAILING RATE OF WAGE: Pursuant to RCW 39.12, no worker, laborer, or mechanic employed in the performance of any part of this contract shall be paid less than the ?prevailing rate of wage?
