Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.The EWU Office of Global Initiatives is seeking proposals for an enterprise level application designed to assist with Homeland Security and Risk Management Records Management and promote and manage the Study Aboard and portfolio website. They system must integrate with existing enterprise applications currently deployed across campus. The solution must meet the minimum specifications as listed below: • Monitor and maintain SEVIS compliance for over 600 students across all campus instructional sites. • Manage SEVIS alerts, deadlines, and automate workflows • Audit activity in student and scholarly records • Support and enhance the student and scholar experience for retention purposes. • Create efficiencies by streamlining office workload by reducing manual reporting (30% target per term) and allowing for batch processing in SEVIS. • Manage critical alerts around the world where EWU students, faculty, and staff have or will have traveled. • Provide traveler notifications on multiple platforms and formats (text, email, etc.). • Integrate with the Concur Travel Management solution. • Integrate with Ellucian Banner ERP system. • Support single-sign-on technologies, such as SAML or Shibboleth. • Ability to create, generate canned and custom reports. • Tools for advising communication, including document accessibility and storage. • Track all students, faculty, and staff traveling abroad. • Provide a platform to manage all study abroad program information for capacity building and scalability. • Platform to manage and deploy online course equivalency information for study abroad. • Create campus-wide risk management utilities.
