Specifications include, but are not limited to: Grants funded under this solicitation will be evaluated under two tracks. If an Applicant is eligible for both Tracks, the eligible applicant may only submit one application for a Track 1 project and one application for a Track 2 project. Track 1: Eligible programs will provide rebates and incentives to install high-efficiency heat pumps to remove or reduce the use of fossil fuel, or inefficient electric equipment in adult family homes, as defined in RFA Section 1.7 DEFINITIONS. Eligible costs for Track 1 include: Rebates and incentives to adult family homes for the installation of high-efficiency electric equipment, including, but not limited to: o Electric ducted or ductless, air-source or ground source heat pumps o Electric service upgrades necessary for the installation of high-efficiency electric heat pumps; Track 2: Eligible programs will provide rebates and incentives to install high-efficiency electric equipment to remove or reduce the use of fossil fuel, or inefficient electric equipment in low- and moderate-income, single- and multi-family, residential households.
