MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Hf (Hafnium) Crystal Bar o Purity: Hf+Zr>99.5%, Zr<3% o Size: 20-50 mm diameter bar, pieces less than 2” in length o Oxygen level <200 ppm o Total O, C and N level <200 ppm o O, C, and N levels to be certified by 3rd party analysis and to be provided. o Virgin material produced by crystal-bar process (iodide process) o No recycled or re-used material o Total Weight: 15 kg; OTHER DETERMINING FACTORS No alternatives or substitutions to specifications listed herein will be accepted. This order is subject to FAR Part 25, Buy American, requiring a US based vendor. Although not specified herein, lead time will be a determining factor in vendor selection.
