Contractor shall perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, repair, installation, inspection, testing, and calibration on a variety of electrical and industrial equipment, including but not limited to: a. Low and medium voltage systems (up to 12.4kV) b. Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) c. Motor Control Centers (MCC) d. Automatic Transfer Switches (ATC) e. Actuators f. Transformers g. Switchgear h. Panels i. Protection Relays j. Battery Banks k. DC Chargers l. Inverters m. Power Converters n. Breakers o. Motors p. Pumps q. Generators 3. The Contractor shall perform services including, but not limited to: a. Troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of equipment listed above. b. Coordination and subcontracting with manufacturers to provide factory-trained and certified technicians when required to maintain warranty or UL listing. c. Coordination and subcontracting with highly specialized firms when expertise is beyond the Contractor’s workforce.
