The City is requesting Proposals from qualified golf professionals to operate Indian Canyon golf course, clubhouse, driving range and pro shop. Indian Canyon is one (1) of four (4) City owned municipal golf courses. The 6,255 yard course is complemented by a pro shop, a large grass driving range, a separate clubhouse/restaurant with indoor seating, and an outdoor patio area with dynamic views of the course and City. The clubhouse/restaurant building has an upstairs apartment. Over $3M in capital improvements were completed since 2019. The course draws heavy play from local residents as well as out-of-town visitors. Generally, an eight (8) month golf season draws an average of 40,000 paid rounds per year.
