1. Mobilization. 2. Project Temporary Traffic Control. 3. Removal and disposal or salvaging of existing mast arm, signal pole, posts, signs, signal cabinet, terminal can, wire, pedestrian signal heads and push buttons. 4. Demolition of existing signal pole foundation, junction box, and sign post foundation. 5. Caping all voids in mast arm and signal pole after installation of RRFB system. 6. Capping, and sealing all conduit after cutting flush to surface of signal cabinet foundation. 7. Removal of existing stop bars. 8. Removal and relocation of existing crossing signs. 9. Constructing Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) system per the Exhibits and City of Auburn Technical Specification Section 9-29. 10. Installation of sign posts and Yellow-Green Signs (S1-1, W16-9P, and W16-7pL) per City of Auburn Std. Detail T-24.2. 11. Installation of Yellow-Green Sign (W11-2) and RRFB array per Overhead Sign Detail. 12. Testing of RRFB system. 13. All other Work required for the Crosswalk Retrofit in accordance with the Contract Documents.
