E. ON-CALL REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES Contractor shall perform on-call repair and maintenance services on an as-needed basis and as described below: 1. The Contractor shall provide for a written estimate for City approval prior to commencing any work. 2. On-call unit priced work will be scheduled by the Facilities Manager, or his representative, on an as-needed basis, and individual tasks will be approved by email confirmation. 3. Quotes shall be a firm fixed not to exceed cost, inclusive of all labor, materials, supervision, etc. 4. No additional costs will be allowed unless during the course of the work, something that could not have been reasonably known when creating the quote is discovered. Travel charges to and from the job site will NOT be allowed. 5. On-Call services are not exclusive. The City reserves the right to contract for repair and maintenance services with other providers.
