Pacific County Public Works is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the cleaning and sanitation of HVAC systems located at the Pacific County Public Safety Building, located at: 300 Memorial Drive, South Bend, WA 98586. Equipment to be serviced includes: • Six (6) ducted split systems • One (1) 2-ton rooftop unit (RTU) – Dispatch • One (1) 7.5-ton rooftop unit (RTU) – Main Floor • Seven (7) roof-mounted exhaust fans; The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: A. Pre-Cleaning Assessment • Conduct a visual inspection of all HVAC systems • Identify any issues (e.g., microbial growth, blockages, damage) • Document current conditions using photos and/or video; B. Ductwork Cleaning • Clean all accessible supply and return ducts using appropriate industry-standard equipment (e.g., negative air machines, rotary brushes, HEPA vacuums) • Remove dust, debris, and contaminants in compliance with NADCA standards; C. Component Cleaning • Clean all grills, diffusers, and registers • Clean air handling units (AHUs), coils, drain pans, and blower motors as needed • Replace or clean filters; D. Post-Cleaning • Conduct a final inspection and provide documentation of work completed • Provide before and after photos • Provide cleaning certification • Ensure all access panels and system components are properly sealed and reinstalled; Note: Work must be performed during regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (excluding holidays).
