Specifications include, but are not limited to: Under the terms of the contract with the awarded Contractor, they/he/she/it shall provide replacement of DDC control for all equipment and devices with existing capability, including: (see Appendix II Bid Specifications). • Three (3) makeup air handlers. • Two (2) rooftop air conditioning (AC) units. • Thirty-nine (39) fan-powered boxes, including new thermostat wiring, replacement of damper motors. • Gas-fired furnace. • Rooftop heating unit. • Three (3) vehicle exhaust fans and their ten (10) associated hose reels with interlocks. • Twelve (12) exhaust fans with DDC status and enable-monitoring: six (6) of these with thermostatic control and one (1) with hydrogen sensor control. • Low-limit temperature alarms in the washdown reclaim room, wash bays, and sprinkler room.
