The City of Bellingham (“City”) is issuing this request for qualifications (RFQ) (Invitation No. 5B-2025 from consulting firms interested in providing professional design services for the Holly Street Bike Facility Study and Design project. The Holly Street Bike Facility Study and Design project consists of the design of a permanent bike facility on the corridor from Ellis Street to Broadway. The effort includes a partial corridor study and alternatives development phase and then a full design effort including plans and specifications for construction. Services, including professional engineering services, and construction engineering and/or administration, may be added/removed from the contract contingent upon funding availability and project needs. This project is funded through various City of Bellingham transportation funds.
