The City of Kennewick is requesting bids for Janitorial Services at two (2) City of Kennewick buildings. Services will be for the regular cleaning of the Highlands Grange Building, and scheduled only services, at the Keewaydin Community Center with an approximate total square footage of 10,598 square feet. The City of Kennewick (City), Purchasing Department is accepting bids from qualified Contractors for Janitorial Services. It is the intent of the City to award up to two (2) contracts for a two (2) year term to the successful bidder or bidders for the service areas, as described within Section D. Scope of Work within the RFB Document. See also Attachment A, Detail Drawings, for the floor plans and area information. Interviews may be requested with one or more Contractors responding to the RFB.
