Requirement Summary:
The VA Puget Sound Healthcare System – American Lake Campus requires garage door maintenance and repair services. The scope includes:
- Full replacement of two commercial-grade roll-up garage doors including motors.
- Maintenance and minor repair of four standard 10-foot garage doors (Building 20), including replacement of rollers and broken springs.
- Tasks include removal, disposal, installation, and functional testing of all components.
